Swarovski Crystals Tower In India

The name Swarovski is synonymous with luxury, apparently even in the world of architecture. The crystal peddler recently released plans of the Gateway Towers 1 in India, which can easily be described as 45 floors of extreme, luxe design (would you expect anything less from a structure bearing the moniker Swarovski?). Situated in Pune, the second-largest metropolis in the state of Maharashtra after Mumbai, the towers will feature everything from crystal-embellished interiors to Italian marble floors. Swanky!

Designed for the most particular of residents, every home within the building will feature advanced technology, creating a fully automated escape intended to make living easy and free of hassle. The futuristic towers are equipped with green terraces and sky bridges, with unique sloping lines defining the structure while also setting them apart from other neighboring buildings. If you were worried that the towers were decidedly not decadent enough, the design will also include an exclusive sky spa, dip pool, and a leisure zone on the 23rd level.

The Gateway Towers 1 were designed as a part of the Amanora Township, an exclusive first-of-its-kind project in Maharashtra working under the State Government’s Township Policy. The goal of the project is to build a futuristic India, with concepts and designs intended to cater to individual needs. Bookings for the Gateway Towers 1 are now open, but considering many of the towers in Amanora have already sold out, the listings probably won’t last too long!
